Composed of silver, an eight point stary with clusters of smooth rays, the obverse medallion features a blue enamelled shield with the state coat of arms featuring a diagonal line with three silver lilies on each side, crossed swords pierce the shield, the reverse is hollow, the star is suspended by a blue enamelled plate with a small imitation diamond on each end, below a large stylized lily, the reverse of the suspension
