COCOON VI fibre sculpture ygn collective Hang dry in sunlightAn amazing fibre sculpture whose shape reminds a sea creature or a cocoon fallen out of a tree. The cocoon is made in ancient knotting technique known as macrame, so this work contains thousands of handmade knots. The cocoon has a beautiful natural beige colour, as it is made out of cotton rope. Can be used as an air plant holder. It is handmade and can differ slightly in size and shape from the original. Colours may vary from one screen to another.
