Well structured, large and enveloping, with slightly green tannins, closed but very promising. Perfect for roasted or grilled red meats, game, and venison. Excellent with mature cheeses. TASTING NOTES: Blueberry and orange peel with some cedar and nutmeg in the aromas and flavors.
